Here are the steps to return your purchase from Hydrup:

You have 30 calendar days from the time you receive your purchase to request a return.

1. Send an email to info@drinkhydrup.com to request your return. Please include your name, email, phone number, and order number. We appreciate it if you can provide the reason for the return (we're always looking to improve).

2. Once we receive your email, we will verify if it is within the return period. If everything is correct, we will send a courier to the address you provide.

3. You must prepare the items you wish to return in their original box, including the delivery note inside, and hand it over to the courier who will collect them.

4. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition and that it meets the return requirements, we will process your refund within 7 days of the product collection.
